These Terms govern your use of trycraniva.com and purchases from Craniva. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Craniva. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies presented during checkout, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Eligibility and website use

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You agree to use our website lawfully. You must not use it to commit fraud, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious software, or interfere with the website’s operation or security.

2. Product information

We may update or discontinue products. Changes will not reduce your rights regarding orders already accepted.

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided on our website or during checkout. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and offer the option to accept a revised timeframe or cancel the unshipped items for a full refund, including associated shipping charges.

If your order is missing, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Eligible change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with safety seals intact.

Opened or used supplements cannot be returned for a change of mind. This restriction does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items or override applicable legal rights.

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Orders that have entered fulfillment may not be cancelable, except where cancellation rights apply by law.

Submissions must not contain unlawful material, false statements, another person’s private information, or content that infringes others’ rights. We may remove content that violates these requirements. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews.

11. Third-party services

Craniva remains responsible for its obligations to customers. Use of a third-party provider does not remove any rights you have against us under applicable law.

12. Website availability and errors

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and any available options. We will not charge an increased price for an existing order without your agreement.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Updated purchase terms apply to orders placed after the changes take effect and do not retroactively change previously accepted orders.

16. Severability

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
